Art has always been a sanctuary for me, a way to self-soothe, a place to escape to and find solace and joy. My total engagement with art throughout my life has led me to live a life filled with creativity and happiness. As a result of wanting to share this joy I became an art therapist and a creativity mentor. This blog is a way for me to do show and tell as well as share my creative journey and insights with others. Art is my Medicine and my RX is to take a spoonful of this medicine daily for a full and rich life. Art Therapist, encaustic, mandala and mixed media artist.
